The Adwords Keyword Tool is a free Google sponsored tool that allows you to research the demand, or monthly searches conducted each month for the keywords you are interested in.

When researching what niche to get into, you simply type in keywords resulting from your brainstorming session and Google will give you the search volume for that keyword and all other relevant terms (if you select that option).

The results are shown as local monthly and global monthly searches.

FileZilla FTP Program

The FREE FileZilla Client is a fast and reliable cross-platform FTP, FTPS and SFTP client with lots of useful features and an intuitive graphical user interface.

Not only is it easy to setup and use, it is also quite fast so you get your files transfered at top speeds.

There are other FTP programs available for a fee and for free but we have not found any that offers more value and versatility than Filezilla.
